Bouquets To Art – When art blooms in San Francisco!

I greeted Spring in picturesque Vevey, Switzerland, I met her in Keukenhof, the world’s largest flower garden in the Netherlands and it always rekindles my passion to read classics. This year I greeted spring in a unique way. I met colors while walking along the corridors of the beautiful exhibition named Bouquets To Art in the de Young Museum, San Francisco. Vibrant and radiant flower bouquets breathed new life into the paintings inside the museum and transformed the whole ambiance into an art piece. When two forms of art juxtapose, the result is nothing but beauty and wonder.

Lake Tahoe, the largest alpine lake in North America!

I believe a large water body, be it a river, sea or lake, has a profound effect on men and women living near it. I lived near the beautiful Lake Geneva for six years. That lake has become a part of me. Perhaps in my subconscious mind, I long for the silence that I used to enjoy while walking along the shores of the Lake Geneva.  When I saw Lake Tahoe, I was overwhelmed with joy. After almost 2 years, I saw a lake similar to Lake Geneva where I spent countless hours thinking and reflecting on life and death.  Among many romantic gateways in California, the beautiful Lake Tahoe, which is the largest alpine lake in North America, will take the first place.
